Delivery and Returns


All online sales are processed using PayPal

If you wish to pay for a listed item using bank transfer please get in touch using the online Contact form or email


PLEASE NOTE: All items listed in the Shop at present are ready for immediate shipment.

All UK shipments are sent by insured Royal Mail Special Delivery next day service. All items will be issued a tracking number and will require a signature on arrival.

All international deliveries are sent by the insured  Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, and should normally arrive within 3 to 5 working days to any European address, while worldwide delivery takes 5 to 7 working days.

Please note, that any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs are not included in the delivery cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

We recommend you contact us or your local customs authority to determine what this price is before ordering if you have any concern.

Delivery to any UK address is £5.

Delivery to any address outside of the UK is £10.

Second and all following items added with no additional delivery charges.

Returns and Exchanges

If you change your mind, you have 14 days to return all items purchased online (from receipt of your order) as long as they have not been worn and are in original condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. 

Please note, the refund does not include postage or any taxes and duties payable outside of the EU. 

I aim to process returns and credit your original payment method within 7 working days.

You will receive an update email when the refund has been processed. 

If you wish to exchange your item, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to send back the unwanted item providing it has not been worn and is in the original perfect condition. The item must be sent back in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Before sending your item back, please get in touch with Margo using the contact details from the invoice or the online Contact form to discuss the options for the exchange.

Margo Orlovik cannot cover the costs of returning an item and cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. To prevent disappointment you are advised to send your return via a tracked service and allow 7 working days before contacting Margo for an update on the status of your return.

Please note, that the customised and bespoke/commissioned orders cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless faulty.
